Electrician - Brighton

Morgan Hunt are looking for qualified Electricians to join a Maintenance team within a large a housing association within Brighton. The role involves working across a range of residential properties, including void (empty) homes and tenanted properties, delivering high-quality electrical and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault finding
• Complete electrical works in void properties to prepare them for new tenants
• Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied homes
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
• Complete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried out
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted properties

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing
• Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
