Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UK\'s Healthcare Regulatory Bodies in their search for an interim Screening Case Officer to manage and progress a caseload of fitness to practice concerns through the screening process.
As a Case Officer, you will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and managing your caseload independently, while providing timely updates to stakeholders to ensure seamless progression of cases. Your primary focus will be on analysing complex case information while developing robust evidence gathering strategies, as well as collaborating with decision makers to assess case readiness and progression.
You will be the primary point of contact for registrants, referrers, witnesses, and other parties involved in the cases. You will be required to deliver exceptional customer service through clear, effective, and empathetic communication.
The successful applicant will have experience managing a high caseload (ideally in relation to Investigations and Professional Regulation), with the ability to gather, analyse and assess a range of evidence and information to inform case progression. You will have excellent analytical, communication (both verbal and written) and prioritisation skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service relating to sensitive issues.

Morgan Hunt are working with a local Training Provider in South East London who are looking to recruit a Curriculum Leader within Foundation Learning.
