
Internal Communications Manager (temp)
Contract: 3 months | Day Rate: £300-£350 | Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid working
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Internal Communications Manager to join the Communications team at a leading public sector organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving internal engagement and supporting organisational change.
About the Role
As an Internal Communications Manager (Corporate Services), you will:
Lead creative internal communications campaigns that engage and connect employees
Develop targeted communication plans and ensure clear, consistent messaging
Organise and deliver internal events - from town halls to hybrid all-hands meetings
Produce compelling content for newsletters, intranet, digital channels, and staff updates
Support change initiatives by helping colleagues stay informed, engaged, and aligned
Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation
This is a 3-month contract, paying £300-£350 per day, and we are open to applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns, and events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
A proactive, creative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating content for multiple channels, such as intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms
