Night Concierge

Job Title: Night Concierge - HOUSING EXPERIENCE

Location: Various London Sites | Hours: Night Shifts (including weekends & holidays)

Salary: Competitive

We're seeking a Night Concierge to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents in our supported housing services. You'll play a vital overnight role supporting vulnerable adults, including those affected by homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV
• Respond to emergencies and manage incidents calmly and effectively
• Provide low-level support and welfare checks to residents
• Maintain accurate logs and handover reports
• Carry out basic cleaning and minor maintenance tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with vulnerable groups
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and lone-working skills
• Empathetic, non-judgmental approach
• Basic IT and report-writing ability
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
