Interim Activist Learning and Development Specialist, 3 months - Leading Professional Body - Nottingham/Birmingham with hybrid working
Reporting into the Head of Activist Learning and Development you will be responsible for delivering activist learning and development programmes and courses. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Delivering high quality, impactful training courses that transform members' potential to win change
- Contributing to the effective promotion and administration of learning programmes
- Enabling activists to translate learning into their roles
- Supporting the creation of an active learning and development culture
You should have a track record of delivering Learning and Development Programmes for a Trade Union or Membership body. Experience of the health and social care sector would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and an ability to deliver training course both in person and online is essential. Ideally you will have experience of activism within a social change organisation or Trade Union.
