We're working with a welcoming college in Cambridgeshire seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join their team on a permanent basis.


You'll be supporting students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, empowering them so that they can fully access the college curriculum. The college offers a friendly, supportive environment with excellent facilities, staff development opportunities and perks.

Requirements:

· Recent and demonstrable experience of supporting with people with special education needs.

· Empathetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
