We're working with a welcoming college in North London, seeking a dedicated Level 7 Dyslexia Assessor to join their team on a permanent basis, starting in September 2026. You'll be supporting students aged 16-25 across both mainstream college provision and a specialist SEND provision for learners with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialist assessments for exam access arrangements and maintain a register of entitlements
- Coordinate and process JCQ-compliant access arrangements
- Advise staff on reasonable adjustments, JCQ regulations, and inclusive practices
- Support learners across vocational, academic, and Preparation for Adulthood pathways
- Work closely with families and professionals to ensure students receive appropriate support
- Contribute to a culture of aspiration, inclusion, and high expectations
Requirements:
- Level 7 qualification in Access Arrangements Assessment and registration with an appropriate professional body
- Strong knowledge of JCQ regulations and SEND legislation
- Highly organised, empathetic, and student-centered
- Ability to build positive relationships with young people, staff, and families
