Main purpose of the job
To lead and manage all catering services at the Trust . The post holder will be part of the senior facilities management team and will be expected to be involved in managing catering functions across the entire Trust site. You will be responsible for conducting Large Employer and Sector deep dives to ensure pension contributions are calculated accurately and efficiently. You will support the Compliance and Enforcement directorate from a payroll perspective on all case work, as required, attending the more complex inspections.
You will also monitor developments and provide close compliance oversight of all payroll middleware and software providers, prioritising those with or likely to achieve large market share (and/or are considered high risk). You will be responsible for supporting and presenting at relevant conference, as well as working with key contacts in HMRC & DWP on relevant legislative changes and communications.
