As a Case Officer, you will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and managing your caseload independently, while providing timely updates to stakeholders to ensure seamless progression of cases. Your primary focus will be on analysing complex case information while developing robust evidence gathering strategies, as well as collaborating with decision makers to assess case readiness and progression.
You will be the primary point of contact for registrants, referrers, witnesses, and other parties involved in the cases. You will be required to deliver exceptional customer service through clear, effective, and empathetic communication.
The successful applicant will have experience managing a high caseload (ideally in relation to Investigations and Professional Regulation), with the ability to gather, analyse and assess a range of evidence and information to inform case progression.
