
Repairs Administrator
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting a Repairs Assistant/Administrator to join a Property Services team in Glasgow. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs, ensuring that all requests are logged accurately, work is scheduled promptly, and tenants are kept informed throughout the process.
The role is for around 2-3 months and will be an office based role and will be to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle repair enquiries and provide excellent customer service to tenants.
- Log and process repair requests, raising work orders using internal systems.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to arrange and monitor repair work.
- Maintain accurate records and support invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support to the property services team.
About You:
- Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role.
- Strong IT and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and team player with a proactive approach.
- Experience in social housing or property maintenance is desirable.
