Morgan Hunt are recruiting for an experienced Floating Support Worker to join a leading supported housing service, providing person-centred support to adults with complex needs across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients, delivering tailored support plans to promote independence and tenancy sustainment.
• Carry out comprehensive needs and risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and managed appropriately.
• Provide practical and emotional support to clients with a range of complex needs, including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and offending histories.
• Conduct home and community visits as part of a floating support service.
• Support clients with housing, benefits, budgeting, employment, education and accessing healthcare services.
• Liaise with local authorities and partner agencies to coordinate multi-agency support.
• Maintain accurate case notes, support plans and records using electronic case management systems.
• Promote positive outcomes, recovery and social inclusion while encouraging independent living.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Floating Support Worker, Housing Support Worker, Support Worker, Recovery Worker or a similar role.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and support planning.
• Excellent communication and case management skills.
• Enhanced DBS (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
