Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Professional Regulatory Body in their search for an interim Senior Regulatory Lawyer to provide legal support, advice and leadership to the authorisations team.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice, support and guidance to a team of decision-makers, through utilisation of a complex legal framework and ensuring decisions made are compliant with relevant regulations and guidance.
You will focus on identifying and driving forward change and improvement relating to decision-making and ways of working. This will involve analysing work streams, while considering risk, to identify solutions and improvements to policies, processes and guidance.
The successful applicant will be a Qualified Lawyer, with significant experience providing both legal support and operational management, across the Professional Regulation or Membership Sectors.
You will have experience leading a casework function with strong knowledge of regulation, public law, statutory appeals, and judicial reviews. You will also have the ability to identify and drive forward change and improvement relating to decision making and way of working.
This role is a 6-month contract (open to secondment options) with the potential for permanent options and/or extension.

Role
Working within a multi-disciplined BIM/REVIT team, you will be responsible for generating quality, accurate and detailed records of Building Services engineering project documentation, working within the requirements of the project BIM execution plan.
You will produce 2D layouts/ schematics using AutoCAD as well as 3D BIM models, generating 2D/ 3D/ layouts/ sections/ schematics, to include information modelling using Revit MEP; as well as clash detection using Navisworks.

Job Description

Person Specification
- An extensive and recent experience of the technical configuration and
support of corporate business systems within a professional IT environment.
- Strong educational background including a first degree in an IT related

- Strong understanding of the Microsoft SQL Server stack particularly SQL
Server, SSRS, SSIS
- Experience of the support and maintenance of major corporate business
systems (e.g. TechnologyOne, Oracle, SAP)
- Relevant service delivery experience of working in an ITIL-based framework;
