Job Title: Housing Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services aligned with Corporate Objectives and Team Plan.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, overseeing repair requests, and promptly responding to tenant enquiries.
- Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and other stakeholders to address housing-related issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating housing activities and services, contributing to data analysis and reporting.
