Job Description

Greenfield development of the Property Factor Register.
Deliver technical solutions that ensure the Housing Management Registers:
* Are upgraded to support compliance with accessibility standards

* Ensure compliance with data protection legislation
* Effective support and maintenance of the system components underpinning

Essential skills & experience

* Java 11

* JavaScript UI frameworks, specifically React

* HTML / CSS and an awareness of accessibility considerations

* AWS Significant and demonstrable commercial experience in the following areas:

* Delivering high quality software collaboratively in high-performing, cross-functional development teams.

* Designing, gaining consensus, and implementing technical solutions for software development projects

* Developing within Digital First or GDS quality standards

* Designing and implementing solutions using microservice and event-based architectures

* Developing solutions using human-centred, research-driven, inclusive design practices

Job Title - Digital Senior Project Manager

Contract - 3 Months (Hybrid 2 or 3 days on-site per week)

Pay - £ 25 - 29 per hour (Inside IR35)

Job Description-


To manage the delivery of the complex projects throughout the project life cycle. Projects may have a significant IM and T and/or clinical element.
The post holder will have strategic change programmes and discrete projects to manage and will also be expected to provide professional advice, guidance supervision and support to other projects and programmes of work being undertaken within the team as required.
The post holder is responsible for the design of project plans ensuring their successful implementation within agreed timescales and budgets.
They will provide leadership and focus for their project team and will pro-actively communicate with key stakeholders on the development and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are managed in line with best practice standards and that risks are managed and benefits realised.
Projects will often require liaison with the wider health community.

Design & Delivery
Responsible for the planning delivery and organisation of complex projects making use of appropriate project management methodology.
Responsibility for comprehensive documentation for projects and work streams, ensuring that all stakeholders use an agreed set of processes and systems to monitor performance against actions, milestones and timescale.
To maintain an overview of all work streams performance against plan, identifying risks, issues, dependencies and relationships between work streams; advising on & implementing appropriate mitigating and corrective actions or adjustments to the project plan.
Manage resources, timescales and costs and provide regular reports to the project Board including highlight and exception reports
Maintain project risk logs and develop contingency plans for identified issues. Act as expert resource for queries on project implementation and processes
Liaise with other project managers and team members to maintain awareness of the project and identify conflicting resources and scheduling issues and risks.
Support other team members in gaining knowledge and experience of project processes and tasks.

Research Analysis and Data Management
Management responsibility for accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of project records.
Use advanced IT skills to analyse complex data and information for reporting and to inform project decisions.
Undertake market analysis & bench marking to identify best practice and to support the development of new programmes of work.

Required Skills -

  • Enterprise Ordercomms Project Experience
  • At least 1 or 2 years of Experience as a Project Manager with NHS.

Job Title - Automation Developer

Duties Include -

* Develop a product ionised automation service based on the findings from prior Research & Development.
* This service will leverage OCR and NLP analysis of deeds in order to build the rule set to safely deliver automation results.
* Requirement for technical automation services
* Develop system components to support deed OCR, NLP analysis, signature detection and title change prediction on RoS AWS server less platform
* Conduct spikes and research to increase the scope of the automation service.
* Robust data analysis to verify and improve system behaviour

Experience Required -
* Ability to engage with stakeholders, understanding context and requirements,from diverse areas of a business including Product Management, Service Design, and Operations.
* Design and implementation of solutions using a service-based and server less architecture.
* Using written, verbal, and visual communication to explain complex topics concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Cloud monitoring, telemetry, intelligence tools and processes, including Grafana.
* Experience working in the Agile delivery models - such as Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks.
* Formal XP engineering techniques.
* Defining infrastructure-as-code
